By using proxy/vpn for your bots, what are the "chances" jagex will find out your real adress and ban your legit unbotted accounts?

My legit accounts will have nothing to do with any bots/mule/gold and will not be interacting with those.
But this is the thing I'm really worried about as I'm not willing to lose my unbotted accounts...



Also any recommendations to which proxy/vpn to use? And how do I check if it works correctly?

It's not possible, only via cache they can detect other accounts however I don't believe they ban them.

very very very low (almost non-existent if you aren't a massive goldfarmer). Just delete jagexcache every once in a while and you're good.
