Resolved Purchased Credits but not updated?

    Hi i've purchased $5 worth yesterday but didn't get them credited, i've purchased an addition $10 worth this morning and they got credited instantly, can someone help?

    The upgrade system (credits and/or supporter status) is completely automated. If you have not received your upgrade, it is because RuneMate has not received your money.

    Check with your bank and/or PayPal for why the first payment didn't go through. It could be that it has been delayed by your bank or PayPal, yet for some reason the second one went through.
