I know the credit/supporter system is kind of confusing when you start out, so I'm sorry to tell you but you purchased the wrong thing. Supporter is not the same thing as premium credits. Premium credits are used to run premium bots and are purchased here: https://www.runemate.com/community/adcredits/packages Supporter status is different, it gives you the Supporter banner and allows you to run more than 200 hours of Runemate. By default, you can use Runemate for 200 hours per month (any bot) before you need to upgrade with supporter. But you need to get premium credits to use premium bots.
