Bug Reached two bot limit. More details inside. Yes I read the faq.

  1. I've been using rune mate for about a month now, but yesterday afternoon I didn't close out right and its been stuck on that instance message for about 14 hours. I opened it last night, and quit correctly, but this morning its still giving that error. I run it on my tower at home through team viewer so I can check whenever. On my laptop, I can open and close an instance fine, with no errors. I also donated or bought a month of runemate middle tier about 2 hours ago, and that has yet to show anywhere on my account. I was hoping that buying it for 3 bot support would get around this issue but no luck. Any help?

    I've read the faq, opened and shut the right way without forcing it, I've googled and looked through other threads. Its working on one account on one laptop but not on the same account on my desktop. Please advise.

    It has started working again, only 17 hours later. This bug is rampant, but I'm marking this specific case closed.
  2. Donating to become a supporter or sponsor (Upgrade | RuneMate) is different to purchasing Runemate credits (https://www.runemate.com/community/adcredits/packages)

    If you are sure you donated to become a supporter or sponsor, and it has not yet appeared in your account, private message @Arbiter with your payment transaction ID and other details.

  5. If you know that you're only running two sessions (max without being supporter/sponsor) then firstly check out the services page for your current monthly hours to confirm that is not the problem, then try to restart runemate, if that doesn't work try restarting your computer.
