    Hey all,

Emailed the support email address a few times trying to get this sorted but never got a reply.

Basically my account "Ayrtoo" cannot be accessed as my old phone got wet & died and havent been able to get my two step verification stuff out.

How do i go about this? - The backup code thing, i don't really get either as i dont remember setting anything like that.

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thanks
    Ayrton

If you don't have access to the backup codes or the authenticator there's nothing you can do.

    Introducing Two-Step Verification

If you didn't save your backup codes, your account is gone for good.

Perhaps a better option for you in the future would be to use the email two factor authentication method.

Well RIP account, had the same issue myself when my phone got stolen in Hungaria.
was really anoying but jou just have to move on to a new account.

(also leaving this message for that 1% chance that there might be a fix....)

btw i have a fix for this

guess the reset code, 9 digits 10 codes so only 10^8 total possibilities
(and yes i was naive enough to calculate it and see if it was a viable solution at some point)
