i sitl dont get what im doing wrong - it says i still need to close the ruenmate client to restart the app to update it or manually download the updated version

If you're using the Windows installer then just run the RuneMate.exe file under C:\Program Files\RuneMate. Otherwise, just download the latest version from Download | RuneMate
