Bans are typically delayed 1-3 days, and assuming you're using twitch prime memberships, the accounts aren't being "rested" before sale. For those interested, do you offer replacements if they're banned quickly after receipt? 1-50 agility has been known to cause many bans.

In answer to your question; I don't offer refunds because the majority of people using these accounts are botting on them. Therefore offering refunds for banned accounts would be insanely stupid, it'd be like loaning someone a 50/50/rogue to suicide bot on for free. They simply ask for refund at the end. The method I've been using to hand train and bot the levels and things required, I've been doing for a while now. The method of using twitch accounts, I've been doing for a week without any problems. Thus far, I've had no reports of problems from my customers and I have had multiple customers.
