idk what changed but 100% of my cpu gets used just running 07 and runemate

remember using this a year ago with rs3 and i didn't freeze like im now, when i run 07 alone no problems but the moment i open runemate and run a script bot whole things freezes up and i see my cpu is at 100

I uninstalled my java and installed newest version and restarted my pc, seems that my lag is gone, I'll update later if it's gone when i use the same script bot from before that i lagged with.

They are asking what "script bot" you are using. At runemate "bot" means "script bot" which is confusing because all other botting sites using the word script bot where it shouldn't be used (anything written in java is not a script bot).

Unlikely to be a single bot or more people would be complaining. How much is RuneScape using on it's own?

The picture hasn't rendered, can you upload it to Imgur and try again?

Eugh ZoneAlarm, taking up a decent chuck of your CPU. 40% CPU usage for the game I reckon is pretty average for RS3 at least, and 24% for RuneMate is kind of on the high end but nothing alarming.

I'll try later without zonealarm, and its 07.

Then it depends on how much is going on in the game really, but again that's more an RS issue than an RM one.

Just to clarify, System Idle Process is nothing to be concerned about, think of it as the remaining percentage of your CPU's power.
An example would be if your Runemate is using ~30% CPU usage, the remainder would be ~70% therefore the "System Idle Process" would display 70.

Sounds about right - overtime bloatware programmes add up on your computer, taking up CPU resources.

I'd recommend sticking with the default Windows anti-virus. Anything else is really unnecessary if you pair Windows Defender with Common Sense 2017.
