I propose that we package the development toolkit within Spectre itself instead of distributing it as a jar during alpha, and keep it packaged in Spectre and off of the bot store once the official release occurs. This would make it more seemless for new developers to find and use it. @Arbiter
I don't see the value proposition. We can make it an auto-added bot when in SDK mode. There's no reason to bloat up the standard build with it and remove the ability to update one without the other.
