Im able to buy the credits on PP but not able to set an automatic payment on PP. Is it possible to upgrade to supporter using RM credits?

Not possible to purchase Supporter using RuneMate credits.

PayPal should still let you sign up to a subscription if you don't have a PayPal account though, so not sure what's stopping you?
