Resolved Was charged for for 10$ credit but never received them

    played a order around 4-5 days ago was charged today and never yet received my credits

    The payment system is completely automated. When we receive your money, you receive your upgrade.

    If you haven't received your upgrade, it means we haven't received your money.

    Contact your bank and/or PayPal and ask why the transaction has not gone through to the merchant (us).
