I know that some (all?) of the premium money goes to the bot developer, but I'm just wondering the specifics. Can't seem to find details anywhere.

If I make a premium bot for 5ยข/h which is used for 1000 hours, do I get $50? How would I get the money, and are there any fees to withdraw it?

You get 70% of the bot's income, the money gets placed in your wallet. As a bot author++ you can periodically withdraw money from the wallet into your paypal account, which involves paypal fees.

Ho hum, I suppose 70% is pretty solid. How do you rank up to bot author+ and bot author++ though?

You just need a paid bot on the bot store. To do that, just put a price tag in your manifest.
