OSRS Where to train melee stats ? Best and fastest xp `?

    So if i have lcl 90 attack, 90 deff and 90 str ? where is the best spot to train those stats up ?

    Or some have a good quide ?

    Nmz is probably your fastest and best bet!
    You could also try slayer with max str bonus / cannon that would work.
    But yeah botting wise nmz, legit wise prob slayer

    yeah nightmare zone would be the best for you. watch on youtube. full dharkoks gear will get you 100k xp per hour
