Title asks it all.
Yes. As soon as the Java client goes down if (and I suspect so) there's no public support for the NXT client it will be decomissioned.
thats a big shame.
So what does this mean? It wont be possible to bot anymore?
On RS3, yes. You might see some NXT botting clients pop up around the time.
Why wont Runemate just support NXT? Is it close to impossible to make bots for that client or? I dont really know much about it, so might be a stupid question haha
NXT is not written in Java like the legacy client, so by nature it's not compatible with the current setup.
Sincerely, I like and I place my trust in runemate ... I hope you guys can update the client. I wouldn't like to stop botting on rs3
Would it be worth it for runemate to develope a seconde luncher using c++ and let the comunity build the bot for RS3?
I'm very sad about the possibility of not being able to use anymore =/
Is this the end of bots for rs3?
If no one decides to take the time to learn C and write a interpreter between their clients java code and the game's code, then yeah. Keep your eyes peeled for the next month, there may be some clients popping up with support for it.
