Hi i dont know, my osrs client works fine, when i try to open it it shows nothing and when i refresh clients then that appears

As posted in the FAQ:
Download and install the official Runescape client from the official Runescape website. RuneMate uses the official Runescape client (RS3 or OSRS) to bot. The NXT client is NOT supported. You must download the LEGACY client for RuneMate to work.

Uninstall all RuneScape clients and then re-install them.

We currently only support the official RuneScape Java client (and RSU for our Linux users). This client works for both RuneScape 3 and Old School RuneScape. If you are unsure if you have this version, uninstall RuneScape from your computer, download from the link above, and re-install. If you do not have it yet, download and install it. Please keep in mind that you must restart RuneMate after installing the RuneScape client.
