I botted 16 hours+ a day over the summer and only one of my 4 bots got banned. The one that did get banned did go through a lot of IP's though.

There's no way an account like that is 100m 07. Maybe 50-60m max. 100m 07 would get you maxed combat with about 2k total or so.

How long does the vps normally last?

I've been using Massfighter for 4 months since January (recently stopped) for about 10 hours a day every day and my account is fine. Can vouch for that script, it's actually the best fighter I've used.

.20 cents/mil is a terrible rate. You can literally sell to anyone on any gold site or sythe for at least .22+ and they're a lot more reliable.
