@Squldl @American Express None of the solutions above worked / ; I have so far Uninstalled RM and Java, and installed runemate (is there something i need to DL from java)? Stopped all the windows processes that @Squldl mentioned. Toggled the scenic floors option etc When does the issue...

Closed them, didn't help at all. What is Realtime priority? I will update Java. Thanks for the reply, tomorrow, I will try what you have said.
