What do I do once I’ve saved this as .bin file? At the moment I can’t even have open 1 client, never mine 2 or more..

I have tried uninstalling client and reinstalling, same with java, but nothing seems to work! Becoming frustrated as I haven't been able to find a solution in weeks! Any help would be appreciated.
