unfortunately, not. I haven't received my 2credits I purchased, but all purchases I've made since, I have received. I do appreciate all the information that has been released on the matter, and you all responding.

has happened to me as well. usually never an issue.

So I just made 2 purchases for 1 credit each. both were taken from my account, but I have not received either credits. been running runemate for awhile, never had any issues till present. was hoping for some assistance please, and thank you.
