Hi, I'd like a refund of 40 cents, first the client crashed twice in a row. I have screenshot of the log that shows that the bot wasn't online even 15minutes total with these two attempts.

Where can i request refund, the bot messed up in the first couple of minutes twice now and charged for both hours
