There are many different things that could have gotten you banned. It's hard to say for sure. It could simply be the client itself being detected. That is one of the reasons why the RuneMate client is the best, it uses the regular java client to actually play Runescape with, unlike other bot...

Would you explain a little bit more about what the goals for your bot are? Did you want it to make accounts/emails and perform tutorial island, then progressively skill? Is the objective here to make an "All in one" account starter that can get an account going and be as human-like as possible...
