No, unfortunately not. But there are some other configuration options that may interest you involving seeded account names. Bump! Bump! Bump! Bump! Bump! Bump

You don't sound dumb! Check out this link for more info. You'd have to buy cheap web hosting for this, but it would definitely be worth it (depending on how many accounts you go through) in order to automate account creation. Bump!

With the recent addition of custom email domains, you can easily set up a catch-all email address so that you can verify all accounts created easily. So it already is possible for RS3, technically.

Ah, this slipped my mind. So the system won't actually work for RS3 accounts in that case.

There is no difference between the account creation on RS3 and OSRS. You can use accounts created from OSRS for RS3, and vice versa.

The accounts created with this system will also work with Rs3. Do whatever you want :) Create a massive gold farm, use them for advertisement purposes, who knows. You can also run them through tutorial island and re-sell them for a higher price.
