Looking for a bot to run back and forth from alter to general store for dmm and dmms

I was guessing that would be the case, but wanted to check for sure

This is probably a dumb question, but do you pay for each instance of a premium bot. Example: I use the same premium bot on 2 accounts so do I pay .10$ per hour or just .05$ per hour?

Any setup advice.. I am currently just using mystic air staff with my 64 magic and 64 defense bot. Is melee a better option. I am only getting about 5k xp per hour at lvl 59 slayer using vannaka
