A friend of mine who works in IT explained it to me earlier today, makes total sense. And my brother did have enough hours for us to combine for the 200 hour limit. We both upgraded our accounts, now things are working solid as per usual. Again, thank you for the help - problem solved :)

I am no tech-guru, so I am not 100% sure, but I didn't think 2 computers could share an IP address? I will have to ask if he is getting the same notification when I see him later on, though. Thanks for your help! (y)

Having the same issue where it is saying I have used all 200 hours, although the usage stats show other wise. I read that some say to let it sit for about 30 minutes, however it's been about 5 hours as well as a computer restart and still no go. Only thing I can think of is that my brother also...
