how do you configure runescape.prm to run a proxy?

Yea I have already read that thread but the reddit post makes no sense to me, is there another explanation anywhere?

ok, is it easy setting up the proxies on my own? could you explain it, or recommend a tutorial? thanks I really appreciate it.

So far I have found runemate to be the best botting software by far, but the fact that I can't add a proxy prevents me from adding more bots and now I am thinking of going with a different source. why was this feature removed? can it be added again?
