Just a heads up, Ivacy will not launch the offical OSRS client. Even if you launch Runemate through Ivacy, Runemate will launch the client normally and will run via your own unencrypted connection and not your VPN.

To be fair, I wouldn't consider Runescape your typical AAA title, so as far as using a server processor, it should be fine... If you shop smart, server processors shouldn't be that expensive of an item depending on what you decide to go with. Also, I didn't see budget build in the title. I see...

Why aren't you guys using server products? No one has suggested to build a server, install WS 2016 and run VMWare off of that. Could easily push 128gb of RAM on there and the CPU options are far better via this method. Also, a 1050 TI should be MORE than enough. Don't feel like slapping...
