Provide direct customer service and support for 1500 teachers and students in computer repair,
Networking, and VOIP phone services. Software installation of Microsoft Windows XP, Windows
Vista, and Windows 7 Operating System’s associated security and application software.
I have skills in building computers, and providing customer service/on the spot troubleshooting
Methods. I know how to troubleshoot, install, repair and configure wireless access points and switches.
