Sounds like a bunch of con artists to me then. They know there is a lapse in the time put there and to continue to get money, they force us to put more money so we can continue using their service.

My time for the month has restarted today. I only run one single bot at a time and it says I am over 400 hours for the month. I barely used 600 last month if I do recall correctly.
