Honestly i just used my blank runelite plugin profile so I don't know which one was causing the problem.
Sorry mate it was my mistake, I had forgotten to disable plugins when I was trying it. Alching and everything is perfect as long all plugins are off.

It hovers around the spell icon for a few seconds then clicks, very slow and botlike. not sure what is going on there, will see if I can make a gif.
