I pretty much always do the 3$ option basically every month, until now when it gives me the error saying i already used what i just paid for which is basically impossible.

So i just purchased the 3 dollar basic supporter package with 300 hours this morning, however when i try to use the client it says i have reached my limit. I'm a pretty regular user (almost every month) and have never had this issue. Is there anyone who can help me with this matter or am i just...

sounds like the problem im having as well just bought 300 hours yet it says i have no hours and i haven't even been able to run any bots

paid 3 dollars and it says i have no hours.......every time before its worked fine but now its saying i dont have any hours before i even get to use it.
