hi, I bought 10 credits over 2 transactions and have not recieved them. i tried emailing and never heard anything back and its been about a little over a day.

paypal can take some time to notify us of your purchase, this is usually instant but can sometimes take a few days

The issue has been resolved. New payments will receive credits instantly. Payments made during the service interruption in the last day will be automatically re-processed and credits given in the next 1-2 days. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
