Bought via paypal, been successfully charged but my credit balance hasn't updated. Please help!

The payments system is completely automated. If you haven't received your account upgrade, it means RuneMate has not received your payment.

PayPal and/or your bank can take time to process the transaction.

paypal can take some time to notify us of your purchase, this is usually instant but can sometimes take a few days :)

The issue has been resolved. New payments will receive credits instantly. Payments made during the service interruption in the last day will be automatically re-processed and credits given in the next 1-2 days. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
