Also the lost tribe stuck, was on the return journey back to lumbridge, not the journey to dorgushkaan. I can't remember if you follow an NPC for that...

Is the issue when you pick up the brooch or after you've spoken to the goblins? I assume by caverns you mean under the castle and not the HAM lair.

It might be worth having alternative exits when no teleport is available / in quest requirements state that a teleport is recommended//required. Perhaps as a soft requirement, in the same way I was able to queue biohazard even though I hadn;t completed plague city.

Don't think I underestimate the enormity of the project at hand which is why I am so super impressed. amazed and grateful that you have undertaken it! I don't think I would have bothered with an ironman if I couldn't skip all the pregame bs...I've done it all too many times before and to do it again with the pain of self sourcing quest items is just not something I care to entertain...now mid to late game self sufficiency where all the gear etc. you have has been from and only from your own drops is super appealing - so again, I would like to show my appreciation and gratitude.

I can upload logs, but as the bot stops itself before the hour each time it gets stuck (GREAT FEATURE I WISH OTHER AUTHORS WOULD IMPLEMENT!) it would mean sifting through literally hundreds of logs at this point!
I appreciate the kind words and I especially appreciate all of the specific bug reports.

Regarding the logs, I think I've got a nice list to fix for a next update, but if you happen to notice any issues in the future, I'd really appreciate it if you could slap the logs with a sentence or two of what happened in my discord or on the forums!

Hopefully I can knock out some of these issues this weekend.

  • Fairy Tale I - Bandaid mortifier's items if Runemate's varbit listener is broken (Please ensure you restart runemate and runelite before starting Monkey Quester every time - It will run poorly if anything in Runemate is off).
  • Recruitment Drive - Hopefully fix issue with Sir Tinely trial where he isn't automatically spoken with
  • Below Ice Mountain - Add make all interface for Steak sandwhich to prevent issues if the user has progressed RFD enough to unlock bread chunks
  • Ardougne Easy Diary - Hopefully fix fishing trawler detection when out at sea.
  • Fix issue with picking up required items off the ground if the inventory is full.

  • Graceful is now supported. You will need to re-add it to any existing configuration for it to work though.
  • Merlin's Crystal - Hopefully addressed issues with talking to the npc after fighting Mordred and with a potential endless loop if a knight in the tower targets you when the bot tries to kill the bat for bones.

Quests on the trial worked great. Ran into a crash once so far on the paid version when trying to reset a quest from quest selection. Monkey was quick in responding to the request so no real complaints from me as it was resolved insanely fast.

Selection detection for the wilderness lever in Edgeville needs attention. Had to intervene on both Biohazard and Plague City to get the bot moving forward with the quest as it was clicking the lever and selecting the incorrect option and looting. The lever on the wilderness side does work.

During Biohazard a similar loop occurs when talking to asyff when trying to get the priests set, which required intervention as well.

Other than that its been running smooth, will probably babysit this current run to the end to see if the issue at edgeville crops out again. But I imagine it'll be an easy fix.

Could you send me the logs from this session please? I haven't seen a crash in quite a while and I'd like to see the error.

This was a bug introduced in 0.3.1 when Enter the Abysss was introduced. I made a mistake specifically on NpcDialog steps that allowed wilderness traversal for all of those steps and not just the one in Enter the Abyss. This will be fixed in 0.3.2.

Could you send me the logs from this one as well? I just did this quest on a new character yesterday and didn't experience this problem.

ran it starting day after an update. still worked 3/5. teleporting is somewhat clunky but for what it is it is an incredible script. excited to see more quests added!

  • [See attached picture] Added note for X Marks The Spot and Client of Kourend to explain that the lamp reward is destroyed and can be reclaimed later.
  • [See attached picture] Added between quest break. I think it's normal for a player to take a minute or two to pick their next quest and figure out what to do before starting it. These settings can be changed in Global Settings. Default: Enabled with it going to the bank before a 1-5 minute duration.
  • Removed soft stop for Modern Menu Interface setting. Pathfinder has been updated to support the new interface for mine carts, spirit trees, etc.
