As the subject line states, the 200 hours per month is not resetting. We’re already well into the new month, but it still shows that I’m over the 200-hour limit.

Any ideas?

The hours limit doesn't reset on a hard date each month. Instead, it is a rolling 30 day window.

The hours you consumed 30 days ago, are given back to you today, 30 days later.

Right now its saying im at almost 290 hours since april 30th but yet thats when I bought 100 hours...

I'm having the same issue and its been almost 2 months. I ended up buying 100 hours and still waiting for my original 200 hours to reset at some point....
