hey, i use the following, mining for between 150 - 180 break for 60-80 afk every 480 for 8 seconds and i have left it on as much as 16 hours a day, i think it all depends on what else the account has done, if you are doing mining first it looks more suspicious, but if the account has other stats / bosses / whatever done i think it is very safe.
