Every bot client I've ever used has used a lot of RAM. Probably something to do with RuneScape's shit optimization + automation software on top. It isn't really Arbiter/Cloud's fault that the majority of any botting userbase is young teens using their mom's old laptop to play. I'm sure they are working to optimize the client the best they can, but not every program is going to work well on low-end computers.
