How do i reduce the cpu/ram usage

It just started like 2 days ago ram usage is normal , but i talked to party and he said loads of people are having this issue and he thinks it might be his bot or the runemate api he doesnt know How do i reduce the ram useage and cpu usage

lool it was lagging at 50 fps in the discord they told me to set it to 6 and see what happens ....... at normal 50 bot just cant do shit due to lagg and as soon as i stop bot the game becomes normal, so yeah setting fps to 6 was the discord suggestion
