Not sure if it's Osrs? it walks to varrock where the air altar used to be and is in rs3 I think, not sure because I don't play. The air altar is south falador, north east of crafting guild.

The whole point of it is to spend the least amount on cannon to lvl 40 then you could get 60 with 10hp that's why this is so great
