If you feel the bot you have been using was at fault, you can kindly request a refund on the appropriate bot thread. Just remember that bot authors are not obligated to refund you, but if there's a genuine bug and ask politely, I am sure you will receive your refund :)

Did it have runes in them to start with? I think it only fills them if there's existing runes in them. This is how RuneMate works.

Did you restart RuneMate and RuneLite? Did you try without any plugins? Did you try without a fully charged staff?

There's a free version where you can try out things. There was an update today too. Restart RuneMate and RuneLite. Gear loading can take a bit of time.
