The hours limit doesn't reset on a hard date each month. Instead, it is a rolling 30 day window. The hours you consumed 30 days ago, are given back to you today, 30 days later.

The hours still "fall off" on a 30 day rolling period. What you're probably experiencing is a complication of the system due to creating a second account and using hours on that second account. I have disabled the other RuneMate account you created. Stick to the one you made this forum post with.

There are multiple RuneMate accounts on your IP address. Using multiple RuneMate accounts to attempt to get around the hours limit will not work, and is against our rules. Stick to using ONE RuneMate account moving forward.
