I know it sounds silly, but try restarting your computer. There have been several client updates today.

Are you launching a RuneLite client via Jagex Launcher, or inside the RuneMate client? You MUST launch the RuneLite client from within the RuneMate client.

At what point does that appear? Have you followed ALL of the steps in the guide that I linked, from the VERY beginning?

It's very unlikely that Jagex will decide to "upgrade" you from a temporary ban to a permanent ban, but it is also incredibly unlikely your appeal is accepted unless you can prove you were not in control of your account at the time the botting was done

Your account information is stored encrypted, on your computer. RuneMate does not have access to your account data. Bot authors do not have access to your account data. Individual bots do not have access to your data.

If a RuneMate session ends unexpectedly, or crashes, it can take up to 15 minutes for your session to terminate at RuneMate's servers, during which time you will have to wait before launching additional sessions.

Is this still occuring? Can you please describe the steps to reproduce it.

Individuals bots and bot authors don't have access to your credentials. I've had multiple accounts with billions of gold, and have never had a problem using RuneMate - the same goes for hundreds of thousands of other users. Sorry your account was hacked, but it wasn''t from RuneMate.

Pretty sure ones of the Hexis Slayer bots can do this, can't remember full details but something about setting cannon position with no target. Give it a go
