    The charge is based exactly off of the time as displayed on the Recent Sessions panel. If the sessions panel says you ran for 2 hours and and 2 seconds, then it will have billed for 3 hours.     Did any of these sessions from August 8 or later? An issue that caused sessions to occasionally run for 30 minutes longer than expected was fixed on that date.
