Thanks, How do I tell when I get my hours back?

Good morning, I know we are restricted to somewhat hours per month. How do we check how many hours we have left? thanks.

Regal's fishing trawler and Silence's fishing trawler both are not working correctly.. Regal's doesnt take fishes out of the net and Silence's lagg super hard all the time. I've been charges .15 for no good usage of them at all.
