Where are you seeing this error message? Provide more information. If this is on your computer, make sure your computer's timezone and current time is correct - refresh it regardless - to ensure the RuneMate client is sync'd correctly to the server time.

A fix for the issue of not clicking salvage hook is in the works, in the meantime, you could TRY turning on 117HD and see if that fixes it. It's not a guarantee, but I found with 117HD ON it worked better.
