    If I paid last month for 300 hours, then it shouldn't matter if I used those 300 hours if I just paid for another 300 hours 4 days ago. You make absolutely no sense.

    I have used 99 hours in the past 4 days not 300 hours. Its in the user report on my profile. I paid for 300 hours on the 2nd of this month theres no way i used 300 hours in the past 4 days I only use 2 accounts. Its impossible to use 300 hours with 2 accounts in 4 days even it I ran them for 24...

    I paid for 300 hours supporter package on oct 2nd used 99 hours and now am being told that I have used all of my hours for the month... this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Want a quick fix or I am done paying for this buggy service.

    Paid for a full 300 hours on sept 24th and have under 60 hours used on 2 accounts yet runemate says i have used my full 300 hours.
