Bug Failed to bind to the game client because of an Exception

Bug "Failed to bind to the game client because of an Exception."
I have tried clearing cache, restarting my computer, reinstalling runemate, reinstalling OSRS client, I've ran both OSRS and RuneMate in compatibility mode for both windows 7 and windows 8 (while also running as administrator), I've tried solely running as administrator, but nothing has worked...- ghourd
