    Got many customers that don't use Runemate anymore, so I won't get feedback from those users anymore. Anyways I think that vouches are still valuable and should be placed in the market threads still. It's same for everyone, so I'm sure that the users of your services understand the situation...

    You should add option to use magic, so the bot would simply select spell to autocast before entering the dream. Currently I can set the spell manually before entering every single dream, but that's not ideal for me.

    Most of the times it's users fault, but I think it would be fair to make the bot more noob friendly. I think it would be a lot easier for the authors too as they wouldn't need to get bothered by these refund requests.

    This. Actually there's no even need to add refund system on it. Just change the system so that the billing starts after 2 minutes and so on. Easy.
