OSRS does jagex even respond to appeals?
I'd suggest saying that you'd be fine with a rollback, because 'you don't want an account with stats you haven't worked for' or something else to convince them you didn't bot on your account -

One of my friends got hacked for his bank and yellow phat, even though he had authenticator, pin and shit. Run the virusscan, check for keyloggers, everything. It's likely something like that. But still, sorry for your loss.- skrall
