you can get residential proxy and use it on runemate client. I believe RuneMate has proxy function -

Its because most of VM's have database IPS and jagex instantly flags them. You will get banned real fast if u do it too. -

So they asked me to activate my billing before allowing me to make vm so im still getting free or i will have to pay for this later on? EDIT i found out i have 300$ for free EDIT2 why i cant install anything on it? i cant even download on that internet explorer they have? -
