    @rin hoshi this looks like a network firewall issue. Do you have any other antivirus or firewall software running on your computer? If so, you should try setting an exception for RuneMate or temporarily disabling it to see if that resolves it. As you can imagine, there is only so much we can do...

    If you get the error code 831468 when starting a bot, Windows Defender may have quarantined one of our files (this is normal). Add an exclusion for RuneMate in Windows Defender and then restart your computer.

    Yes it is most likely a firewall/antivirus or browser settings issue. Can you copy paste the URL it tries to open?

    Thank you for the log. It helped us identify the issue. The download is timing out because of a slow internet speed. We have increased the timeout to help with this and the fix will be in the next version of RuneMate, v4.0.19. We will try to get that released for you today.

    We didn't include it in the initial release, because we have big plans for player analytics and hiscores but it will take us a while to get there. In the short term we are implementing a way for users to see their free bot usage so they know when they are running out.
